For his grade 9 Take Your Kid to School Day Josh flew to St. John's Nfld and inspected 2 properties being managed by Avalon Realty. At 15 Josh was cleaning offices and strip mall parking lots on weekends. At 21 Josh partnered with his brother to purchase a condo in Halifax for investment purposes.
